I would like to connect the monitor to a Macbook (latest generation) via USB C cable. Does anyone know of a suitable USB C cable for simultaneous screen transfer and charging of the Macbook?

So far, I have been able to gather the following information on the topic of USB-C monitor connection: If supported by both end devices, of course, you need at least a USB-C 3.2 Gen1 cable with 5Gb/s throughput for a monitor with a resolution of 4K at 60Hz. A Gen2 cable would be better. With an active cable, even 8K with 120Hz should be possible.

Already had a USB C cable included which transmits 4K 60Hz video signal and charges the Macbook Pro 15 at 65W.

Has anyone tested the " j5Create USB 3.0 Type-C Thunderbolt 3 (1m)" cable to see if it can transfer 4K at 60Hz from the new MacBookPro 13" 2018 (Apple MacBook Pro (13.30", Retina, Intel Core i7, 16GB, SSD)) to the monitor and whether it can then be charged at the same time?

With this cable (USB-C 3.1) it should theoretically be possible: Sandberg USB-C to USB-C (2m)
