Since your question has been unanswered for a few weeks, I recommend that you contact the manufacturer directly.
I have two HP Z32s, each with a DisplayPort cable, connected to an Nvidia Quadro K2200. Works excellently.
It has two connections, but only one of them can be used as an input. The second is for plugging in a USB stick, hard drive, smartphone or other device (including charging function).
According to our research, the MS Surface 7 pro is powerful enough for 2 such monitors. Here is another useful link on this topic https://www.windowscentral.com/can-surface-pro-7-power-dual-4k-external-displays
According to HP (unfortunately the last article I found) 2019: https://store.hp.com/us/en/tech-takes/how-to-daisy-chain-monitors USB-C cannot daisy chain, as the function you want is called. But maybe you can find something else where it works despite USB-C. Also interesting would be the question if you could use a USB-C dock with display port and it would work that way? :D What should work would be a dock with two USB-C outputs and two cables from the dock to the monitors. (But I've also had trouble with that depending on the notebook). Gruuuus
For me it is 448 mm. If someone asks about the maximum height, it would be 556 mm.
