I recently bought the Edifier S350DB 2.1 for my PC, which I mainly use for music and gaming. Unfortunately, I realised that some of the footsteps (including my own) are in tune and distant shots are reproduced very quietly or not at all. Music, on the other hand, is reproduced phenomenally. To be honest, I'm at a loss because I didn't have these problems with my much cheaper Speedlink 2.1 system. The whole thing runs via an Aorus X870 mainboard and I have installed the latest Realtek audio driver. I have tried the various connection options such as AUX, optical and PC, but none of them have solved the problem. Does anyone happen to have the same problem and/or know what the problem could be? I can pair the system via the Edifier connect app, but the app doesn't connect... So unfortunately I can't use their EQ. Can you recommend a good sound system? It doesn't necessarily have to be a 2.1, but it should have bass (in my opinion, it gives you a better gaming experience)
