Question about Samsung Galaxy Smart Tag2

I ordered the Galaxy Samarttag2 and checked in advance if it is compatible with a non Samsung but Androit device. (I have a OnePlus 11). The answer was yes if you have at least Android 9. But when I now want to connect the Smarttag via SmartThings, I still get the error code that I need Android 9 although I already have Android 14. Is there a solution to this? Thank you

Hello,
the Galaxy SmartTag 2 is only compatible with Galaxy Smartphones and Galaxy Tablets with Android 9.0 and higher and 3 GB RAM. The SmartThings app is required for use.
