Unfortunately, I still don't know exactly what you mean by "download everything" and "new". You can download additional apps from the Google Playstore just like any other smartphone. The product is new and in its original packaging. I do not recommend that you pre-configure the product for someone else. To download apps, a user account with email and other data is required, which should preferably be that of the ultimate owner of the smartphone.

PS: To download Fortnite on an Android smartphone, you need to go to fortnite.com/android on the smartphone itself and then download the app, because as far as I know it is not available in the Playstore (because Google takes too much of the profit share of an developer).
