I have installed the app. But the device only works when it can connect to the bluetooth of my mobile phone. When it is out of range, the device does not work. Why is that?

I have two of these trackers. They only send their location to my app every 5 minutes (shortest settings in minutes). But only when the trackers are really moving. That's why the battery lasts forever 😃
