If you have such problems, please contact the manufacturer directly or visit http://support.brother.com/g/b/countrytop.aspx?c=ch&lang=de.
In order to analyse your problem, further questions/clarifications are certainly necessary. Maybe just reinstall the driver? Or is there an error message in the display of the device? Do internal device printouts or copies work? ...
