I have a terminal that draws 12 volts and 1.2 amps. In front of the end device I have a Poe Spliter for 48v to 12Volt (1-2Amp). My question :can the Poe Injector Ubiquiti only "give out" MAX 0.5Ampere? It only says 24Watt/48Volt/0.5A in the description. Thanks for your help

The injector transmits 48V/0.5A (24 watts). Your splitter converts the 48V into 12V, which also changes the ampere value to 2A.
The total power remains the same (12Vx2A = 24 watts).
Your end device only wants 1.2A, but that doesn't matter. It only takes as much as it needs as long as 12V is present.
