Question about snap touch - 168166
I bought the product in December 2016. After some time, however, it was no longer possible to use the camera as it no longer responded. On 20.02.2018 I received a replacement product which now has the same fault. The warranty for the device purchased in December 2016 has now expired. Does this also apply to the replacement device?
You should actually have received a new warranty again for the replacement unit. But it is best to ask the customer service directly and not other customers in the community.
