I am looking for a router without WLAN that can always assign the same LAN IP (V4) address to approx. 10 devices via DHCP. With the old router you could enter MAC and IP in a table. Can this router do that?

Yes, this is possible. This is called MAC/IP mapping with the EdgeRouter.
