Question about Cyber-shot DSC RX100 V - 41411
How is the image quality compared to the IV? Do you notice a difference or is this new model all about speed?
Compared to the RX100 III (not IV).
At first glance, subjectively I hardly notice any difference in image quality compared to the RX100 III. The optics seem identical. However, it is a different sensor, apart from the speed - due to the combination with a memory chip - it is supposed to be less noisy at high ISO values, but I haven't used it to the full so far, so I can't say anything about it.
