Helpful answer
1. connect: Connect the My Cloud Home to the router and the power supply using an Ethernet cable.

2. set up: Open mycloud.com/hello, create an account and follow the instructions.

3rd Install the app: Download the desktop app from the WD support site, install it and sign in.

4. access: After installation, you will find the drive in the Finder under "Places".
