how can it be that I order the mobile phone and suddenly it says that the goods are not there? how long does it take please?

I recently ordered this and received it promptly. I hope that there will only be a short delay for you... The same thing happened to me at Microspot (with a mobile phone cover), and I still haven't received anything after 3 weeks 😟 Maybe you should contact Digitec support.
