Hm, Promo Reward? I played the game once and then didn't get the free additional product (no Digitec problem) for very abstruse reasons. But if you really want the additional product, then go directly to Google Store.

About the Promo Awards: I just made the request and five minutes later I got a confirmation that the reward (Google Watch) will be sent within thirty days.

I have now cancelled my order and gone straight to Google. At Digitec, you can't get the mobile in the shop despite the pick-up invitation. I highly doubt that this will even work with the Promo Reward.
