Question about Ubiquiti UniFi Switch Flex Mini
Hi We need a device for the following task. - We share an Internet connection for three households. - Household A has the provider's box at home and connects its devices there. - We have laid a cable to households B and C, to which we would now like to connect the device we are looking for for households B and C. - Households B and C should not "see" each other and they should not "see" household A either. What kind of device do we need for this task? A managed switch or a router?

You need a router so that you can create a network (VLAN) for each house.
You can then separate the VLans as you wish or also release certain devices for the others, e.g. weather station etc.
ps. I would be careful with sharing an internet connection as the liability is always attributed to the owner.
