Question about Bose surround speakers
Hi, I received the BOSE Surround Speakers in the post this morning. I put them into operation immediately. Unfortunately, they are barely audible. I don't have the required part (ADAPTIQ) for calibration. Apparently it would have come with the soundbar. But for the life of me I can't find it. The way the speakers are set now, they don't bring the desired improvement in sound quality. What should I do now? Do you have an Adaptiq on offer? Otherwise, I will probably return the speakers. One call to the Bose hotline and they promptly sent me an ADAPTIQ set. Free of charge!! Thank you very much...
Yes, that's exactly how it is with me! They sound as if they weren't there at all. I have to get my ears right up close to hear anything at all. I have the Soundbar + Bassmodul 700 + the two Surrounders (all in white). If that's all Bose has to offer, then it was a complete bad investment.
Also, the Bose keeps on dropping out for no reason (crash, hang-up). Then the only thing that helps is a "housewife reset": Pull out all the plugs - wait 5 minutes - put all the plugs back in - it works again - until the next time!
I would not buy this electronic junk again for so much money. The Bose hotline is also incompetent. That's why I wish I had my old stereo back. I didn't even begin to have all these problems and worries then!
