I also need it privately and it is very good for the price (299). In my opinion, it's even better than its successor, the A53.
That's not true about the trade register. It works like a normal A52s. Maybe if you want to use some special functions but you can set it up and use it privately without any problems.

As we learned from Digitec's customer service, the EE version is only for business customers. In order to be able to use the mobile phone, you need an entry in the commercial register.
