Good evening, 5G calls work on this model, but just like wifi or 4G calls, they are strongly discouraged, you lose quality and stability. For the moment the coverage is really not optimal.

I am afraid I cannot answer your question, I have been using the RedMI NOte Pro 5G phone on a network outside Switzerland. However, What I can say is that the phone delivers excellent performance and has never allowed any App malfunction even once! I am truly happy with my choice
