Hello owners of the AsRock X470 Taichi (or generally owners of AsRock boards). How do you control the CPU fan or the case fans? In the BIOS, you can specify either the CPU or the motherboard temperature as the temperature sensor. This means that the fan speeds either jump from zero to 100 (at CPU temp) or the fans remain at 600 rpm at motherboard temp, which hardly changes at all. The fan control disappoints me with AsRock. With Gigabyte, I was able to control the fans in relation to the VRM temperature and other sensors.

Helpful answer

Hello, I have also had boards from these two brands and it was precisely because of the fan control, which never really worked with Gigabyte, that I switched to Asrock. I found out that the in-house fan software doesn't work properly either. After researching on Google, I came across this software called "Argus Monitor". Its use is limited in time, but you have enough time to evaluate whether it is of use to you. One month of use is free of charge. Because I am satisfied with this software solution, I treated myself to it.
