The mainboard supports RAM up to DDR4 4000Mhz according to the manufacturer's QVL list. The RAM you specified should work without any problems.
Hello, I have also had boards from these two brands and it was precisely because of the fan control, which never really worked with Gigabyte, that I switched to Asrock. I found out that the in-house fan software doesn't work properly either. After researching on Google, I came across this software called "Argus Monitor". Its use is limited in time, but you have enough time to evaluate whether it is of use to you. One month of use is free of charge. Because I am satisfied with this software solution, I treated myself to it.
Yes. I have this board with a 3700x and it works perfectly. But it depends on the BiOS version. (Mine was already up to date out of the box) You can find the supported BIOS on the manufacturer's page.
Ja. Laut Hersteller Seite: https://www.asrock.com/mb/AMD/X470%20Taichi/index.asp#CPU
Only with a supported CPU.
My purchase in May 2019 had BIOS version 1.50 or 1.60 installed. AMD offers buyers the possibility to borrow a CPU for BIOS updates: https://www.amd.com/en/support/kb/faq/pa-100
There was probably once a picture linked that shows the connection. I wouldn't call a Swedish tech site, similar to PC Welt, dubious right away.
Yes, that should not be a problem. PS: What kind of system is currently used with the power supply?
ja
as far as i understand this list, 2 or 4 rams are supported depending on whether you have seen this ? http://www.asrock.com/MB/AMD/X470%20Taichi/index.asp#MemoryPR
