Hello, I've been using the product for about 1.5 months now and I keep having to deal with interruptions in the connection. I have the interruptions via the provider and via wifi. Otherwise, the device works perfectly. Can anyone tell me what the problem could be? It can't be the wifi, as other devices always work perfectly. Should I return the device? Thank you in advance for your tips.
My phone has been working without any problems since Black Friday. I would clarify whether this is a warranty case - although the problem will be difficult to prove. Digitec is supposed to be accommodating.

I have had the phone for almost 1 year and have never experienced such problems.
Have you updated to Android 11?
