Hello, I want to transfer data from my "Redmi Note 13 Pro+ 5G" to the PC via USB! The PC recognises "Redmi Note 13 Pro+ 5G" but says that "This folder is empty!? I have not installed any password or anything else on the Xiaomi Redmi Note 13 Pro+ 5G! What can I do? I have not found any settings to unlock the mobile! Does anyone have an idea what's wrong?

1. activate developer mode by clicking on "About phone" in the settings and then clicking 7x on OS version.
- This confirms that developer mode is active. Now back to the settings
2. click on "More settings" in the settings and click on "Developer options
These must be switched on.
3. click on "Standard USB configuration" and select "File transfer". Then click on "Back" again
4. the developer options can now be deactivated again.
The file transfer via USB now works.

Hello, you need to activate developer mode and then specify File transfer.

Step 1: Activate developer mode: Settings > About the device > Press OS Version 5 times. A message appears "You are now a developer".

Step 2: USB file transfer activity: Settings > Additional settings > Developer options > Default USB configuration > File transfer.

You can then transfer your files via USB cable.
