Hi Selim90, unfortunately I don't know whether the device has a SIM lock or not. I only had it for a few days and then returned it. Making calls via the Internet (Voip/WiFi calling) didn't work. If you don't have a SWISSCOM network, this is essential.

Yes, it is not bound by a contract and therefore has no SIM.
