Has anyone tested whether 2.5G copper modules also work and can deliver full 2.5G of bandwidth?

Sure, why shouldn't that work? And with 2.5GBe modules and with 10GBe modules (the current ones that can handle all speeds.) It's not an HPE or Cisco switch, they only allow a few modules from the same company in their switches for no technical reason. I have this on my network and have yet to find a module (I have boxes of different ones) that doesn't work.
