Question about Headquarters Home Center 3 - 449165

Hello everyone, I tried to start up the HC3 yesterday. It starts up but when I go to 'http://find.fibaro.com/' the gateway is not found. I surfed the internet but could not find a solution to the problem. I tried via WiFi, directly via the modem, via the router and via the APP, but nothing worked. Does anyone have any ideas or had a similar problem?

There is not only Migros in life :-)
I run a company that specialises in home automation. More precisely, we are the official importer of Fibaro products for Switzerland (we are based in Salavaux, near Murten). Unlike the online "box movers", our shop is made up of engineers and technicians who have specialised in home automation for over 10 years. We not only offer advice and technical

support, but also an additional year's warranty on Fibaro home automation controllers. As an official source, our products have the latest firmware and hardware.

Our prices are pretty good, considering that we offer much more service than Box Movers. And especially when you consider that my company has people writing product descriptions, people translating product descriptions into four languages and people managing logistics :-) We employ local people who live on average 10.1KM away from our location in Salavaux.
Every company has its advantages and disadvantages, but it is important to remember that there are small companies that can do much more than logistics, with values that are much more sustainable than those of the big corporations :-) At the end of the day, it is the customers who decide which type of company they prefer.

It doesn't answer your question, but it might help you or others to better assess the company.
Before I unpacked the Fibaro HC3, I first wanted to read up on the installation and integration of devices. 1. all the instructions are in English. Although I have some knowledge of the language, I find this rather cheeky. 2. I was only allowed to join the forum after I had registered. After registering,

my login to the forum was blocked. No support and no help!
That was reason enough for me to return the HC3 and say goodbye to the company. Reading your post, it seems to me that this was a good decision.
