Hello everyone! I am a casual gamer (COD Warzone and probably the new Battlefield 2042) and am now considering buying the Xbox Series S. The memory should be enough for 3-4 such games or? And the console should be able to be connected to a monitor via Hdmi cable without any problems? Thanks for your help!

Hi. I bought the Cbox myself, but have returned it. It has advantages and disadvantages. The graphics and volume of the console are excellent. However, approx. 470Gb of free memory is not really enough for pleasant gaming fun. GTA V alone takes up 1/3 of the memory.
My conclusion: Undecided. But I would rather stay with the PS4. You can easily modify it: e.g. liquid metal and an SSD. It's cheaper

than a new Series S. In my opinion, the PS4 can also play newer games without any problems, with a similar result.

I would recommend the Xbox Series S. You can expand the memory by 1 TB with the memory expansion card from Seagate, which means you then have a total of 1.5 TB available. The Seagate costs just under another CHF 200.00 and, together with the Xbox Series S, you would have to pay a total of CHF 500.00, but it is money well spent and worth it.

The graphics differences are, in my opinion, minimal and

I myself would only notice it if two identical games were running on two monitors and I knew that one was the Xbox Series S and the other the Xbox Series X. In short: The difference is hardly noticeable. In short, the difference is hardly noticeable.

The missing CD drive is not needed, as you can buy the Xbox Gamepass Ultimate for CHF 15.00/month and thus download selected games (there are well over 100). These can be stored directly on the Seagate, leaving the console memory free, or you can store apps such as Spotify, YouTube, etc. there. At least that's what I did. It works great. :-)

This is my first Xbox, which I own. Before that, I only ever had the PlayStation. I currently also have the PlayStation 5 with CD drive at home, but I "regret" a little that I didn't buy the version without the CD drive there as well. In my opinion, the CD drive is superfluous and the graphics are fully adequate, even if they are "worse" than those of the high-end console.

The Xbox Series S is connected to the TV via HDMI cable.
