TPM 2.0 module is already integrated on the mainboard "Asus Prime Z-270A with Intel CORE CPU 7-7700 K" and also on the "Mainboard Z-390 A" with Intel CORE CPU i9-9900K. In the BIOS, only it should be switched to TPM 2.0. Intel CORE CPU 7-7700 is not recognised by Windows 11.

Chance is good that the i9-9900K has TPM built in as this CPU is on the Microsoft list of CPUs supported by Windows 11.
In addition to physical TPM modules, there are also fTPM (firmware TPM, called PTT at Intel).
Intel and AMD have been integrating TPM version 2.0 into their CPUs for several years. To be able to use this, the BIOS of the PC/notebook must support it and it must be activated there.
TPM 2.0 is not integrated in the CPU but on the mainboard. Therefore, you have to be careful with the mainboard. Note on the side: If you don't have a mainboard yet and also no CPU, consider buying an intel 10th or 11th generation or, for example, an AMD Ryzen 7 5800X - more performance for your money.
