Good morning I have had the Carlinkit 5.0 air2 since last week. There is often the problem that when I get into the car and the Iphone connects to the Carlinkit, the Carplay desktop freezes completely. The icons are already visible, music is also playing but the screen no longer responds. Only when I restart the device does it work again. I have tried all possible settings. But nothing works. Is the device broken?

Unfortunately, I can't answer your question as I use an Android SMPH and have no experience with Apple. Perhaps updating CarPlay will help?
