Good day, When inserting a new original cartridge, the error message "Replace toner" persists. I bought the machine only last autumn. Unfortunately, all online help has been unsuccessful. Is there a way to get the machine working again or do I have to buy a new printer again?

If you have only been using the machine since last autumn, it would be best to contact Digitec customer service, as you have a 2-year warranty on the printer. I know the error from my job, we then sent the printers to the repair.
