Yes, that is possible and I have used it in a similar way. So after moving and having a home office, I used U-LTE again and again after being supplied with cable. It works wonderfully but not as fast as fibre. There are sometimes problems adopting with the UDM, but it is easy to integrate manually via SSH. In any case, it is very reliable.
