Question about TP-Link JetStream TL-SX3008F

Good day I have the TP TL-SX Jetstream with the Mikrotic S+R10 module. Is there a German manual for this switch? And how can I install it? I would like to use it for TV/IPTV. Is that possible? Hope for a positive feedback. Thanks
