Doro Phone Easy 632 (3G) will no longer be supported by Swisscom from 31.12.2025. The successor under discussion here Doro 5860 (4G) is supported by Swisscom. Question: Can an existing credit balance (e.g. M.Mobile Budget) be transferred to the Doro 5860? be transferred?

Remove the M-Mobile Budget SIM from the old Doro 3G and insert it into the new Doro 4G and continue making calls via the 4G network using M-Mobile Budget and your existing credit. You may only need to change the SIM card format at M-Mobile Budget to nano-SIM beforehand. Only the old device is no longer network-compatible, i.e. Doro heldstab66

The credit is linked to the phone number, so when you change the SIM card, the credit should also be available on the new device.
