Does the "Sand" version also run Android One? Android 10 is listed in the specifications, but Android One is also listed for the other colours of the 5.3.

I can confirm, the "Sand" version is also an Android One, no difference. And is equipped with Android 10.

Android One is the original version of the operating system from Google. That means no programmes that are preinstalled by the manufacturer, e.g. on Samsung phones the SMS programme is from Samsung and not from Google. The operating system has a version number. It is currently at 10 and will then change over time with an update to 11 on this phone.
