With a reSIM, a dual SIM solution can be realised, one SIM is activated by the provider, as mentioned, and the NanoSIM card slot can then accommodate a normal Nano SIM from a second provider.

No, it only has one sim card slot.
eSim means that the mobile phone also has a permanently installed "sim card". This is switched on by your provider, so there is no need for a normal sim card.
