Does it supports dual link, so I could use it with two sets of headphones?

No, it does not.
There are 2 modes for the sound quality.
Mode 1: Headset + microphone, is optimised for phone calls, audio quality is reduced
Mode 2: Headset only, optimised for better audio quality
I never used it with two sets, so unfortunately I can't answer. Sorry.
