Does anyone know whether a backup file (CFG file) of the old RT-AC88U can be loaded onto the new RT-AX88U?

Helpful answer

I have upgraded from an RT-AC88U to the new RT-AX88U. CFG file is loaded correctly by the new router. However, there are comments in some forums advising against this.
