Question about Cubot X18 Plus

Does anyone have experience of the Cubot working with a Renault Twingo 4 and/or Dacia Lodgy handsfree. I have a Cubot Note S and it doesn't work there.

According to Renault and Dacia, the installed hardware is unfortunately not compatible with Cubot.

I have the Cubot x18 plus and I can connect it to my Renault kangoo via bluetooth and use the hands-free system. Greetings
