Does anyone have a solution for deleting the service numbers provided by the network operator, which are write-protected on the SIM card, from the contacts of the Emporia Smart 6? After deleting them, they keep reappearing after a restart. Emporia customer service was unable to provide a solution.

These contacts are either on the SIM card or in the cloud on a Google, iCloud or other account.
