Do I have to register online for a prepaid Orange SIM card in France, for example, and do I need a local address to use the TP-Link M7350 on holiday? I'm also wondering if I can buy this SIM in advance online or if it's a bad idea and, for example, the SIM's expiry date is reached before I go on holiday...? Thanks in advance for your help!

I can't say much about expiry dates, except that most prepaid SIM cards expire after the last charge.
