I have installed the "One in all" and can now use the analogue boxes via the Spotyfy.
Now my question. Can I also use the old CD via the hi-fi system - via the "oneforall" - to the Bluetooth headphones? I can't manage this. What am I doing wrong?

Now my question. Can I also use the old CD via the hi-fi system -> via the "oneforall" -> to the Bluetooth headphones?   I can't manage this. What am I doing wrong?

The One for All is just a receiver, which is what you use with Spotify.

If you want to use your Bluetooth headphones with your hi-fi system, you also need a Bluetooth transmitter.
