could it be that certain apps consider the firmware of the phone to be jailbroken? Then certain banking apps wouldn't work... I've already had this happen with a China import.

I cannot confirm this. Everything is fine as far as it goes. What kind of apps are you talking about?

So far there are no problems with apps. But unfortunately the phone seems to have a problem with reconnecting to a network when the connection is lost (e.g. tunnel). The only thing that helps is a reboot (unfortunately, temporarily activating and deactivating flight mode does not work). This seems to be a known problem if you search for it in the network.
