No, the EOS 100D requires EF or EF-S lenses. Currently there is no adapter that converts RF lenses to EF. The reason for this is the lack of space for the flip-up mirror. RF is for EOS R# mirrorless cameras, where the rearmost lens element is very close to the sensor and flush with the bayonet mount. It is unlikely that there will ever be such an optically complex adapter, as Canon decided not to make SLR cameras and stopped production of most EF and EF-S lenses.
