I have sent back this Bluetooth stick immediately, because this was a wrong order from me and 2. therefore I can't tell you whether this stick can be connected to the car. Even if I had kept this stick, I would not be able to answer the second question because 1. I don't have a driving licence and 2. because I don't have a car.
