Can this printer be connected to wifi and LAN at the same time? -Can you print from laptops via wifi and from fixed computers with RJ45 without having to change anything in between?

If the printer is connected to the network, it is also indirectly connected to the Wi-Fi. This means you can print via the network without connecting the laptop directly to the printer. You could also connect the laptop via cable.
