I would like to add the following information to this question. Yes, the EAX80 (Netgear Nighthawk AX8) can be used as an AP via Ethernet cable. The info is very well hidden on NETGEAR's website. It appears in the manual on page 17. http://www.downloads.netgear.com/files...
