Can this device reliably transmit Dante signals (network audio protocol)?

Hello, unless I'm mistaken, the switch only "transmits" Ethernet signals from one device to another and for DANTE signals, the transmitting device and the receiving device must have a DANTE converter attached to their respective connectors. For DANTE signals, the sending and receiving devices need to have a DANTE converter attached to their respective connectors and the link "could" be made via the switch with a suitable Ethernet cable depending on the distance you need. (cat6A, cat7, cat8.1...)

Please note.
To put it "simply", DANTE's particularity is that it has to transmit audio over Ethernet and it needs a network structure based on the distribution of prioritised data, i.e. you would have to use a switch with an Ethernet cable. In other words, we would have to use a VLAN-based structure and give access only to DANTE on this network, so there would be little or no redundancy on this network with other types of data.

But, I'm not a specialist in this field, I'm just starting out, you'd have to start a discussion here looking for competent people and possibly check with the sites of your DANTE devices, moreover, I seem to see analogies with KVM type devices, which have the advantage of having to transmit AV and data signals, so perhaps you need PoE, so look for a PoE type switch such as, for example: Zyxel XMG1915-10EP (10 Ports)

And that's it.

Have a nice day.

I don't know, I don't use it for audio.
