Can the Samsung Galaxy Note 5 be ordered with Dual SIM and 64 GB?

The Note 5 from Digitec is the SM-N920C version. This imported version has only 1 SIM slot and 32 GB of memory. The device does NOT have an SD slot for SD cards to expand the memory. Currently (as of 1.3.2016) Digitec does not sell a version with larger memory. If the device had 128 GB memory, I would have also considered buying it, because 32 GB is too little for me.
