KaiOS can both import and synchronise Google contacts. Sometimes.
There's just one catch: the feature is buggy: when contacts sync is enabled, calendar sync just doesn't work anymore. I've burned hours setting "expectations" for KaiOS features (I've even written webapps implementing basic OS functionalities because they just don't run). Windows 95 is more reliable. KaiOS and its followers are just an incompetent, dilettantish bunch who really don't deserve to be called developers.

Apparently you can import the contacts from your Google account, but I haven't found anything regarding ongoing synchronisation, so I guess it doesn't work:
