Can I configure two different WLAN networks with this device on a Ubiquiti UniFi AP AC NanoHD? (For example, a personal WLAN and a guest WLAN). Thank you very much for your answer.

Yes, it should work because the WiFi is configured on the controller and that is included on the UDM.
