Can anyone help me or know the problem? I bought the XZ1 Comp about 2 weeks ago and am very satisfied so far. The only problem I have at the moment is that I can't pair my UE Boom 1. I already did a software update but without success. Strangely, the phone has no problem pairing with an even older Logitec box.

I recommend that you contact Ultimate Ears support directly. They may be aware of the problem.
